2. Repackage your merchandise back into its original packaging

3. Make a copy of your invoice and/or packing slip and put it in with your return package, keep the original for your records

4. Take a piece of paper & fill out the following information on it:

     I)                     Full Name
     II)                   Contact Info à Current & best method to contact you
     III)                  Date of Purchase
     IV)                Payment method
     V)                  Shipment received date
     VI)                Reason for return
     VII)               Resolution you expect:
                                                a.       Replacement
                                                b.       Exchange for different item             (must have item# & be of equal or less value)
                                                c.       Credit to your account
                                                d.       A refund

      *** Add this piece of paper to the shipment. We suggest you make a copy for your records.

       5. Go to your preferred shipping source. Have them package your return package into another package (i.e., box, envelope) that is suitable size, pay your shipping fee, and ship the return back to us.
