BHB's shipping and handling rates were designed to be as reasonable for our customers as possible. The flat shipping and handling rates we charge are based on the cost of your order the destination zone.  This is highly competitive with the shipping and handling rates charged by other retail merchandisers. How much will my shipping and handling costs be?

Your shipping and handling costs are charged by "Zone", and reflect a percentage of your order size. "Zones" are determined by the United Parcel Service, based on shipping from our warehouse in California.
Determine your "zone" by looking at the Zone Chart.

What does BHB mean by, "May require additional shipping and handling?

This is a bulky or heavy item, and therefore costs more to ship.           Back to Top

Can I use a Post Office Box receive my order?

No,  All UPS & DHL shipments must have a physical (street) address. (UPS & DHL do not deliver to P.O. boxes.) If you're currently shipping to a P.O. Box, please contact BHB right away and change to a physical address.        Back to Top

How long will it take my order to arrive after leaving BHB?

We're working on some technology to provide you with the most exact answer to this question possible; in the meantime, a good estimate is to translate your Zone Number into business days and multiply by 1.5. For example, Zone 4 usually takes six business days; Zone 2, three business days. Remember to allow up to 2 business days for processing of your order. Most shipments in the continental 48 states arrive within two weeks. Back to Top

How can I have an order rush-shipped?

Rates are higher for DHL Rush Service and all shipments outside the continental U.S. Therefore, we encourage customers to avoid using rush service and have goods shipped to a physical address, to minimize shipping and handling costs. You should only use this service if it is absolutely necessary that you have your merchandise right away! Back to Top

Why are there higher shipping and handling rates for the different zones?

All transportation companies shipping via ground service charge more the farther they have to go. Expenses such as gas, labor, and so forth add up as the miles add up. Since all of your shipments originate in California, shipments to the East Coast cost more than shipments to the Midwest. Back to Top

Can I track my orders?

Yes, Once we ship your order, you can track it quickly and easily, right on your home computer, from the BHB website! (Remember, allow 2 days for us to ship your order before you try to track it.) To track your orders online, first  have your tracking number ready, (you should have received an email with this) just go here to the ups.com tracking page. Enter your tracking# and you will find all details about the progress of your shipment.

PLEASE NOTE: Items under 1 pound may be shipped Parcel Post First Class. Items shipped Parcel Post First Class cannot be tracked.     Back to Top

I'm Canadian, why is my shipping and handling 45%, when Zone 8 shipping and handling is 27%?

Simple, your 45% consists of (30% Shipping and Handling, 8% Duties, and 7% GST). You're pre-paying all your duties and taxes so, Canada Post can ship your merchandise to your door. Back to Top

Why are Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam paying higher rates?

Customers in areas outside the continental United States pay higher shipping and handling rates because all carriers charge higher rates to ship to these areas. Back to Top

How long before I receive my order?

BHB processes and ships orders within 1 to 2 business days of receipt. All orders are shipped via UPS (estimated time for delivery is 7-10 days), unless an alternate shipping method is specified. If an alternate method is chosen, delivery time will depend upon the type of shipping service you've specified and your location. Orders for imprinted material (catalogs, brochures, business cards, etc...) may require 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Back to Top

Do I have to pay for items before I receive them?

Yes. To keep our prices as low as possible, we only ship an order when we have received full payment. We do not offer credit except in rare cases, and then only on a limited basis as a Super Seller benefit to proven high volume performers. Back to Top

I don't have a checking or savings account. Can I just send you a money order?

Sure! Just be sure to write your member number on it, and attach it to your order form. A faster, better way is to simply send money (via money order, or you can wire the money via Western Union--- ask a Member Support rep for instructions) BEFORE you're ready to place an order. Ask that it be deposited into your Merchandise Account. That way, subsequent orders can be filled in immediately on the phone or on the web without additional payment. Back to Top

I'm Canadian, how can I pay for my orders?

Simple. By credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), and by Western Union. BHB only accepts payments in US Funds. Back to Top
